1. General Agreement

By accessing or using the ArcticBorn Roleplay server ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Not Affiliated with Rockstar Games

ArcticBorn Network is an independent project and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any of their subsidiaries or its affiliates.

3. Virtual Goods & Donations

ArcticBorn offers virtual goods (such as "Arctic Bucks", VIP Status, Vehicles) in exchange for donations to support server maintenance.

• All donations are final and non-refundable.
• Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
• We reserve the right to modify or remove virtual items at any time for balancing purposes.

4. User Conduct

You agree to follow our Server Rules strictly. Cheating, exploiting bugs, harassment, or any form of "toxic" behavior will result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

5. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
